The Financial Times email address published at the end of all my reviews goes direct to me, and is the best to use. It is not filtered by a bunch of serfs, chained to a radiator in the basement. It’s just me. I read and attempt to reply to them all. Apologies if, for whatever reason, I don’t always manage to do so.
